One-Time Detail Cleaning Includes
Standard Cleaning Plus offers cleaning of windows on the inside, cleaning of baseboards (where accessible), and cleaning out of the oven if self-cleaning.
Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning (When There is No Furniture Inside the Place) Includes
Standard cleaning plus detailed cleaning plus:
Cleaning out the empty refrigerator & freezer
Cleaning inside all cupboards, drawers & cabinets in kitchens & bathrooms
Cleaning out the bedroom closets, coat closets, linen closets, and pantries

We wipe down walls, wipe down (and scrub if needed) baseboards, dust ALL countertops and everything sitting on countertops, wipe down window sills, clean ceiling fans, wipe down cabinets on the outside, clean the microwave inside and out, vacuum and mop floors, wipe down faucets to remove water marks, clean out sinks, clean ALL glass mirrors and glass doors and sliding glass doors (both inside and out), clean refrigerators on the outside, and clean stoves and ovens on the outside (will clean inside of oven if self-cleaning on the inside…and if requested or needed), polish all marble and granite countertops, and polish all stainless steel appliances.
